About the Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a successful and growing team. This role would suit someone who combines strong technical ability with empathy, professionalism and excellent client care skills. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while building trusted relationships with clients during often sensitive and emotional circumstances.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload including:
- Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting clients both in person and remotely
- Drafting legal documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining excellent file management and regulatory compliance
- Supporting team objectives and departmental targets
- Assisting with networking and business development activity where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor status with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work
