We are working with a highly regarded UK law firm with a strong regional presence and an established reputation in private client and family work. As part of its strategic growth plans, the firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate who has the ambition and capability to progress to Partnership within the next 12–24 months. This is a rare opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys high-quality private family work, values autonomy, and wants a genuine route to Partnership within a supportive and commercially minded firm.
The Opportunity:

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in private Family Law
- Comfortable running matters independently and advising clients directly
- Experience with financial remedy work essential

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
