London Bridge based, Office Based: 5 days a week.

A truly independent broker to the real estate sector, whose approach is geared around a strong service ethic in conjunction with the progressive insurance solutions the customers desire. Their people have vast experience and are entrepreneurial in approach in an environment that is flexible and agile.

Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging commercial insurance for a variety of clients, including but not limited to property owners, commercial combined, office, retail, household, travel and motor fleet.
  • Generating new business via incoming calls, referrals and recommendations.
  • Providing quotations, mid-term adjustments, claims and handling renewals (circa 30 - 50 per month).
  • Managing general enquiries, chasing premiums, dealing with general administration and cross selling.
  • Client meetings face to face at their offices.
  • Meeting underwriters to negotiate renewal terms.
  • Mentoring junior staff members.
  • Supporting Accounts Teams with debtors, insurer statements and finance queries.
  • Supporting CEO to ensure the smooth running of their portfolios.

A polite telephone manner is essential.
