The client are a dynamic attraction marketing agency, specializing in experiential events, brand activations, and early careers campaigns. The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting their Account Managers across multiple exciting projects. You’ll be juggling tasks across event planning, supplier negotiations, budgeting, and creative design contribution, ensuring their activations run smoothly and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Coordination: Assist in managing multiple experiential campaigns and activations from concept to execution.

✅ Supplier & Venue Liaison: Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

✅ Budget Support: Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting to keep projects on target.

✅ Creative Contribution: Work alongside designers and strategists to contribute ideas for branding, marketing materials, and event concepts.

✅Client Meetings: Involved in all client meetings; scheduling, sending agendas, taking meeting notes, and working with the account manager to follow up on actions.

✅ On-Site Event Support: Be hands-on at live events, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier brand engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a creative agency , ideally within events, experiential marketing, or brand activations.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on multitasking and meeting deadlines.

Creative & Strategic Thinker: You love brainstorming new ideas for brand experiences.

Excel-Savvy: Comfortable with spreadsheets, budget support, and planning.

Strong Communicator: Confident in liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
