Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Retrofit Consultant based in Birmingham and surrounding home counties. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary with a 10% Car Allowance and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients on decarbonisation plans.
- Providing funding support and building client relationships.
- Driving business development within social housing or local authorities.
- Overseeing Retrofit Assessors delivering PAS2035 services nationwide.
- Representing NetZero Collective at events and meetings.
- Managing systems, databases, and quality processes.
- Supporting team members and serving as a Retrofit Coordinator from inception to evaluation.
- Exhibiting expertise in building services, especially heating and ventilation.
- Traveling across the UK to client sites.
Desired experience includes:
- Lived experience in domestic retrofit works.
- Understanding of construction industry roles.
- Experience in building energy modelling (SAP, PHPP, or similar).
- DEA/Retrofit Assessor qualification.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator.
- Experience in construction or M&E management.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Microsoft 365.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car with business insurance.
