Description & Requirements
The Transformation Senior Lead - UK & MENA plays a pivotal role in translating Liberty International Insurance's strategic transformation vision into regional execution and successful delivery outcomes. This role supports the Head of Liberty International Insurance Transformation & Change and the Regional leadership team in driving the vision and implementation of the strategic objectives in order to achieve Liberty's 2030 goals. They will partner with the global delivery teams in the implementation of multi-region initiatives, overseeing local implementation and will also be responsible for the execution of regional specific initiatives. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on leadership of Transformation and capability uplift across the region to ensure sustainable transformation success. A critical part of this role will be to ensure the transparency and visibility of regional strategy execution progress, highlighting where pivots may be required to achieve success within the 2030 timeframe.
Role responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end transformation of multiple initiatives and workstreams across LII, integrating change and delivery from inception through to benefits realisation. In partnership with the Business teams, OpEx, Business Agility, Technology, Data and Transformation colleagues, you will orchestrate cross-functional planning and execution, translate strategic priorities into scoped objectives and measurable outcomes and Key Results (OKRs).
