Our three-year Apprenticeship programme in roles across our Reinsurance and Insurance business is an exciting alternative for those who do not wish to go to university. We aim to provide you with an insight into how our global business operates, by providing you with a series of rotations where you can get hands-on experience working as part of our teams, as well as the opportunity to obtain a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and complete the CII qualifications.
The programme will consist of job rotations in different departments across our Supply and Demand functions, in order to give you a strong understanding of our business.
- Our Demand functions are the outward-facing teams that interact with clients and generate revenue such as Underwriting, Claims, Distribution and Portfolio Management.
- Our Supply functions are the internal functions that keep the business running and include Operations, Finance, Risk, MI (Management Information) and Tech so our customer-facing teams can work efficiently.
What to expect:
Alongside working, we also provide an in-house development programme, helping you to identify and develop your strengths, supported through mentoring, development workshops, and networking opportunities. You can also expect to achieve a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional apprenticeship standard (degree equivalent), alongside completing the CII diploma qualification.
What you need:
- 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above). Preferred A-levels in a core subject (e.g. Maths, English, History, Languages, Sciences, Law, Economics).
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) required.
- Fluency in English.
