As the Engineering Scheduler you will join our Process Control team, helping to provide maintenance and calibration services across the business. Working within the team your skills will help keep our Operations departments running smoothly. This diverse and interesting role will require you to take responsibility for organising workloads including the training and development of our team of technicians. You will work closely with our operations departments to ensure our services are delivered in a timely manner.

The Role of the Engineering Scheduler:
- Utilising our Computerised maintenance and calibration systems
- Ensuring the workloads are optimised to provide the highest level of services to our customers
- Communicating with the Operations departments daily, by reviewing the scheduling plans, resources and to effectively respond to any queries or client demands within reasonable timescales
- Ensuring service backlogs are controlled, minimised, and communicated with the relevant people
Required of the Engineering Scheduler:
- Strong IT Skills with Knowledge and Experience of using Microsoft Packages
- Previous Experience of planning and scheduling is desirable
- Excellent Communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels
- Good Organisational skills
- Good eye for detail, and problem-solving (Critical Thinking) techniques
- Good Analytical Skills to collect, analyse information, and Decision making
