My client is a Global measurement and analytics company who empower the advertising industry to invest with confidence and activate consumers everywhere on every level. They have global operations in thirteen countries and have a vast amount of recognition across the world.
They are looking for a passionate Corporate IT Engineer who is diverse and understands the importance of providing high quality service to business owners and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work with great people, have an amazing work environment and have the chance to also work internationally to support offices and events.
Key duties:
- Resolve internal customer tickets
- Recommend and/or perform upgrades on desktop/laptop systems
- Participate in office build outs/ relocations
- Collaborate with vendors and network teams to resolve technical problems
- Facilitate purchasing of approved hardware, software and other technologies
- Participate in scheduled off hour operations, weekend work and on call rotation shifts
- Provide telephone system support and assistance
- Train internal customers on hardware and software
- Manage deployment (Windows & OSX), installations, configurations and operation of desktop computers and software
Key requirements:
- Deep understanding of Macs and OSX Operating systems
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues with Apple devices
- Experience with user management, emails and troubleshooting Antivirus and backup procedures
- Experience supporting Windows 7/10
- Experience installing software, updating desktops/laptops, patches and Peripherals
- Analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience troubleshooting basic network (TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS), software, printing problems
- Proven years’ experience in IT. Degree in computer related fields or equivalent years of experience desirable
- Ability to lift and handle packages/hardware (approx. 50 pounds in weight or more)
- Ability to travel up to an estimated 10% domestically and possibly internationally to support offices and events
