I have an opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Liberty Resourcing, an expanding Recruitment Agency based in London Bridge. What you will get: · Full personalised internal and external training as well as guidance from the MD and Senior Recruitment Consultants. · Weekly lunch out at Nando’s, Zizzi’s, Honest Burger etc. if certain number of team placements made. ·Base salary + extremely competitive and unlimited commission structure. · Group lunch out on your birthday (restaurant of your choice!) · Paid weekends away if KPI’s are hit. ·28 holidays + your birthday off + potential extra days off if KPI’s reached. · Dress down Fridays and Early Finish Fridays. · Pension, maternity, health insurance. · Cutest office dog on the planet. · Great working environment with a fun and inclusive team. What you will do: · Develop new business through engaging/creative emails to win new clients. · Write & Advertise live roles online (across different major Recruitment boards). · Contact suitable candidates via email, phone and recruitment boards. · Read through applications and respond accordingly. · Act as the liaison between major clients and candidates. · Assist the MD/Senior Recruitment consultants on client meetings. · CRM maintenance.
