I am recruiting for a bi-lingual (German/English) Enterprise Business Development representative for a young, successful, fast-growing company. This company offers a cloud-based meeting platform, including audio, video, and web conferencing. Their client portfolio includes some of the biggest names worldwide, like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Nike.
This is a really exciting time to come on board, with ample opportunity for growth and development. Your training will take place in San Francisco for a week, with quarterly trips to San Francisco thereafter. The team culture is dynamic, forward-thinking, and hardworking. Role overview:In the role, you will be responsible for prospecting and building pipeline by working closely with Account Executives/Account Managers to identify, develop, and nurture relationships through targeted Enterprise accounts and territory management. You need to be prepared to get on the phone; this role would not suit someone who is shy.
Role responsibilities:- Follow up and qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives/Managers
- Generate business opportunities to grow pipeline for new business in Enterprise targeted accounts and territories
- Work closely with Account Executives/Managers to develop targeted contact lists
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities into Salesforce and other sales tools e.g. Yesware
- Must be bi-lingual German/English
- Must have 1-3 years' experience in Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing
- Proven track record of hitting high volume targets
- Must thrive in a goal-driven environment
- Willingness to learn sales tools
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be articulate
- Must possess a lot of drive, ambition, and energy, always willing to get 'stuck in'
- Must be able to self-manage
- Must have a sense of humour and like to get involved in social events
