This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven Media Buyer to join a fast growing, award winning Beauty Brand Development company that have offices both in London and the USA. Excellent opportunity for someone who has 3/4 years experience in this role who is looking to further their career within the Beauty Industry.

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of digital/performance marketing media buying experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience with paid campaigns on Facebook, AdWords, Yahoo, Gemini, Bing Ads, Outbrain, Taboola and similar content recommendation engines
- Understanding of programmatic buying and advertising
- Understanding of tracking scripts implementation and troubleshooting
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle quantitative and qualitative data to understand trends
- Strong campaign management skills and the ability to handle program execution independently, adapt to the changing requirements of the business and manage change with agility
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets) is required.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
Responsibilities of the role:
- Create, optimise and trouble‑shoot marketing campaigns
- Proactively analyse campaigns
- Tracking and reporting on the success metrics for the campaigns
- Perform strategic analyses and implement campaign optimisations in order to ensure the optimal return on advertising investment
- Extensive daily reporting for campaign performance against campaign objectives
- Daily analysis of marketing efforts at a campaign and ad level
- Ability to set up campaigns across buying platforms
