Responsible for the Account Manager
Salary - Up to £24,000
Role - Permanent
This is a very busy support role working within a Travel Company based in North London close to transport and amenities. This company provides travel for both corporate business clients and also tours for people within the music industry.
For this role you would be expected to assist with hotel bookings, all administration, liaising with people at all levels, internationally and also nationally. Good typing skills and accurate writing skills are required for this role as you will be dealing with high-end clients, group bookings and hotels daily.
The right applicant must be able to work from 10am until 6.30pm, these times are set due to calling abroad. You must also live within an easy commute due to times and also any urgent work that may arise. They want their staff to be able to socialise with them, with clients and also hotels etc then get home safely!
Holidays cannot be taken from mid-April until mid-August as this is their busiest tour period, unless authorised with another team member. There will be a three-month probation, 20 days holiday initially, concert passes, evenings out and more!
We need someone who has excellent customer service skills, is clear and concise on the phone with superb English grammar, is bright and bubbly, wanting to be involved with the Travel industry and also likes working with groups, musicians and wants to be busy!
