What you will get:
- Full personalised internal and external training as well as guidance from the MD and Senior Recruitment Consultants.
- Weekly lunch out at Nando’s, Zizzi’s, Honest Burger etc. if a certain number of team placements are made.
- Base salary + extremely competitive and unlimited commission structure.

What you will do:
- Develop new business through engaging/creative emails to win new clients.
- Write & Advertise live roles online (across different major Recruitment boards).
- Contact suitable candidates via email, phone and recruitment boards.
- Read through applications and respond accordingly.
- Act as the liaison between major clients and candidates.
- Assist the MD/Senior Recruitment consultants on client meetings.
