Front of House Receptionist / Administrator – Private Fertility Clinic

Salary: Β£27,500 (with healthcare experience)

Location: London

Hours: Shifts between 7am and 6.30pm on a rota

We are seeking a switched-on Medical Receptionist to join a high-end Fertility Clinic in London as a Front of House Receptionist and Administrator.

In this busy and rewarding role, you will:

  • Welcome and register patients
  • Make appointments and manage enquiries (email, phone, face-to-face)
  • Process payments and handle healthcare packages
  • Support data entry and accounts administration
  • Follow the patient journey from start to finish, ensuring exceptional care throughout

This is a friendly, welcoming, state-of-the-art clinic where each patient’s well-being is the top priority. You will need to be articulate with solid administrative skills, passionate about patient care, and confident as the first point of contact.
