Pay Rate – £12.70 per hour Time 1/2 for Saturdays.

Our client is a Private Fertility Clinic based in Northwest London who are seeking a Front-of-House Medical Receptionist with administrative experience to work part time hours covering sick leave. The ideal candidate MUST be DBS cleared, have worked within a Clinic or Surgery as an Administrator and Receptionist. The role includes, registering new NHS Patients, booking appointments, being first point of contact, dealing with medical records, looking after the reception area, and preparing the clinics. Excellent customer service is a must, an excellent timekeeper will be a prerequisite.

The role may also require taking of payments and invoicing so this is something the client will also be looking for. If you are available straight away, have a DBS and have worked within healthcare as a Receptionist with Administration send us your details and we shall respond. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
