A sound knowledge of HR is also a requirement for this role. The salary would be based on a target achieving model with a base salary of £35k rising to £40k after 6 months of probation . A bonus structure of £2.5k can be achieved if within a 12-month period the clinics cycle numbers have increased by 10%. e.g if from Jan- Dec 2024 they achieved 300 IVF cycles. There would be a bonus of £2.5K if they do 330 cycles. If they increase by 15% then the bonus would be £5k.
