Clinic Administrator/Coordinator for Private Fertility Clinic
Type of role: Full‑Time
Salary: Based on £27,500 pro rata
Location: Central London close to transport and amenities
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Duration of role: Six months – Temporary
Start Date: ASAP, January 2026
We are seeking an accurate Administrator who has worked within healthcare, has dealt with confidential material and patient records, used medical terminology, performed data entry, proofread, exported important information for the clinic and patients, and covered reception duties when required. Training on the bespoke system will be provided prior to starting.
Responsibilities
- Deal with confidential material and patient records using appropriate medical terminology.
- Perform accurate data entry and export of important information for the clinic and patients.
- Cover reception duties when required.
- Proofread documents and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare administration.
- Attention to detail and excellent eye for precision.
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide a DBS check.
