A private health clinic based in Boreham Wood, Hertfordshire is seeking a Patient Coordinator with bookkeeping and financial experience. The salary is approximately £30,000, with hours from 8.30am to 5pm and occasional weekend work (time off in lieu). A car is required due to the location of the clinic, which offers free parking.

Due to expansion, the clinic is looking for an individual who has experience in healthcare, speaking with patients daily, updating them on the services offered, obtaining feedback, and ensuring they are followed through with their treatments. Daily computer updates and attention to detail are essential.

The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge for updating spreadsheets, processing BACS payments, bookkeeping, and updating profit and loss (P&L) statements at the end of each month. The role requires someone who can assist others when needed and handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication and computer skills are required, along with financial knowledge and the ability to coordinate patient journeys within the clinic. Candidates should possess AAT Level 3 or be a Senior Bookkeeper for this dual role.

This is a full-time position with occasional weekend work, for which time off will be given in lieu. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
