This full-time role is based in Andover , paying circa £50,000 alongside some fantastic benefits, including 2 days per week working from home! Working closely with their Head of HR, you will manage the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment and workforce planning) and will provide in-depth support to managers on ER cases and HR queries. You will need to travel across sites on an ad hoc basis, including overnight stays, so this role suits someone who is flexible and enjoys being visible to the workforce.
