Are you looking for a new challenge, where you can partner with Leaders to accelerate people, performance and growth? We have the role for you. Based in Southampton, our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team. Reporting into a very dedicated and knowledgeable HR Director, this is a true generalist role, where you will undertake all aspects of the employee lifecycle and become part of a fantastic HR partnering team. Frequent travel to other business sites is essential, so a clean, valid UK driving license is required.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Advising, supporting and coaching managers and stakeholders on all HR matters, including new hires, employee relations and policy updating
  • Recruitment in the business, alongside the other HR Business Partners, including recruitment events and onboarding
  • Employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Support managers in managing disciplinaries, grievance cases, and consultations
  • Experience of L&D would be beneficial as you will be delivering initiatives as and when
  • Undertaking various project work, driving HR initiatives, and supporting change management activities
  • TUPE experience would be very advantageous
