Liberty Recruitment Group is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded local employer who truly values their people, to recruit a Part time HR Advisor, based in Southampton on a fixed-term contract until September 2026. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, values-driven organisation where people and culture are at the heart of everything they do.
As HR Advisor, you'll provide hands-on HR support across the business, guiding Line Managers on everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance management, and talent development. You'll also play a key role in shaping the organisation's HR strategies, embedding culture and values across all teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Employee Relations casework - conduct, capability, grievances, probationary reviews and performance management
- Advice and guidance on absence management - long and short-term sickness, flexible working and sabbaticals
- Developing the Wellbeing programme across the business to ensure it remains high on our agenda
- The potential to create, develop and maintain HR practices & policies, to support our People strategy may also be required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Confident, approachable, and passionate about supporting people and developing talent
This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in a collaborative environment, with a supportive team and a focus on employee wellbeing. This role is offered on a part time basis of 32 hours paying £27,705 pro-rata. The full-time equivalent salary would be £34,632. There is also hybrid working available (typically 2 days per week).
