Would you like to join a fantastic business as their Senior People Services Lead? Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with a very well-regarded national client. This is a permanent role, reporting into a supportive People Director. You will have a number of direct and indirect reports and therefore your people management skills will need to be exceptional.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the newly created Shared Service function and will therefore need first-hand experience of HR transactional operations, In-house Payroll and Recruitment. This role will also be responsible for the HR data and systems. Owing to all of the above, you must have come from a large Company background and worked in a Shared Services environment. Joining the business at a very exciting phase, you will need to have high-level operational experience and come from a fast-paced background. Retail experience would be advantageous.
Some of your duties will include:
- Lead People, Payroll, Data and Recruitment Service Teams.
- Driving efficiencies nationally in the business for managers and employees.
- Building and maintaining trusted and strong relationships with stakeholders.
As a person you will be a values-led, optimistic and an engaging HR professional, who is an outstanding communicator. This role will be based in Reading and is offered on a hybrid basis working two days a week in the office. In return you will be offered a salary up to £67,000, dependant on experience.
