Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to join an industry leading business? Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering with this Client to recruit a Credit Controller. This role is based in Portsmouth, paying up to £29,000. This is a full-time permanent role.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, handling queries and resolving disputes in a timely manner
- Collection of overdue accounts using all available methods
- Maintaining accurate records within SAP
- Developing a strong working knowledge of your customer base to allow for effective collection
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Identifying high risk or problematic debts that require escalation
- Setting up new customer accounts and performing credit checks
- Monitoring credit reports
As an individual you will have great attention to detail. You will be IT literate including the full Microsoft package and will have excellent organisational skills. Relevant experience in a Credit Control position is essential. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and experience of SAP would be very advantageous.
