Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded local employer who genuinely values their people, to recruit a People Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role within a supportive and values-driven organisation, where people and culture sit at the heart of everything they do.
As People Operations Manager, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and inductions through to employee relations, probation reviews, appraisals, reporting, and delivery of the teams operational plans. You will be instrumental in embedding the organisations culture and core values across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the HR system
- Supporting the Head of People with the review and updating of HR policies and procedures
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to identify strengths and development needs
- Managing employee relations issues and wider people matters as they arise
- Providing guidance and support to the People Administration team
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for wellbeing and people development. You’ll have prior experience managing a People/HR team, a strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, and ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
This role is based in Chichester paying up to £36k (FTE) depending on experience, plus some other fantastic benefits including your birthday off work, wellbeing sessions, free tickets for events, onsite staff yoga sessions and free hot drinks!
