Talent Coordinator to join their People & Culture team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Reporting to a personable and experienced

Head of Recruitment , you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment activity across the Group, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently whilst maintaining a professional and customer-focused service.

Based in

Eastleigh , this is a full time, permanent position, predominately office based, paying between

DOE.

What you'll do: Provide end-to-end recruitment support, guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements and support the review and standardisation of job descriptions.

Draft and advertise vacancies across a range of platforms to attract high-quality candidates.

Coordinate shortlisting and interview processes, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.

Arrange and support interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, candidate communications, and interview documentation.

Coordinate and complete pre-employment checks, ensuring all documentation is compliant and accurately recorded.

Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and data on HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting.

The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing or administration role.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Full, clean driving license, as some travel may be required to other sites (all locally to Eastleigh).
