Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic global Recruitment Agency in the search for a Managing Consultant! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about leading people, developing client relationships and driving business growth across the UK and international markets. The successful candidate will manage their own desk while supporting and developing a small consultancy team. Based in Portsmouth, paying up to £65,000 plus bonus. This is a fully office-based role where flexibility will be paramount due to managing accounts in varying time zones.
Your responsibilities as a Managing Consultant:
- Develop and grow your own recruitment desk while achieving individual sales targets
- Support and lead a small consultancy team, driving performance and continuous development
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships
- Develop new markets and contribute to the company's growth strategy
- Ensure candidate selection, compliance and documentation are completed accurately
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to both clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases
- Advertise vacancies and source candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Senior Recruitment role
- A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
