Legal Secretary Role Overview:

Based in Southampton, our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their growing team. You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within your team. The business offers a fun and dynamic environment with fantastic technology.

What the Legal Secretary role will involve:

• To provide secretarial and administrative support to the lawyer(s) you are assigned to work for in your Team.
• To provide secretarial support to other Partners and lawyers in your Team and other Team's within the Firm, as and when required.
• To provide assistance to all lawyers and support staff and carry out any administrative tasks or other roles reasonably delegated to you.
• To provide clients of the Firm with a professional and premier service at all times.

What youll bring:

• Experience working as a Legal Secretary
• Strong organisational skills and be comfortable multitasking
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and be IT literate
• A positive 'can do' attitude
