HR Advisor role overview: Based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, our client is looking for a highly competent HR Advisor. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice to the people managers across this fantastic business.
What the HR Advisor role will involve:
- Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people
- Maintaining the people related policies
- Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives
- Providing ER advice such as absence and/or performance improvement
- Checking the monthly payroll submission
What you'll bring:
- HR and Employment legislation exposure
- Have a driving license and access to a vehicle
- Recruitment experience
- Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment
- Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
