Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract for one of our clients. This full-time role is based in Andover , paying up to £50,000 alongside some fantastic benefits, including 2 days per week working from home! Working closely with their Head of HR, you will manage the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment and workforce planning) and will provide in-depth support to managers on ER cases and HR queries. There will be a requirement to travel across sites on an ad hoc basis, including overnight stays, so this role will suit someone who is flexible and enjoys being visible to the workforce. As an HR Business Partner, you will: Provide hands-on Employee Relations (ER) support, including risk assessments, health referrals, and occupational health processes Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and processes Use the HRIS to improve reporting and performance management processes Monitor and analyse HR data to identify trends and support business decisions Work collaboratively with L&D to deliver and organise training to upskill managers The ideal candidate will be: CIPD Level 5 qualified Experienced in supporting managers and employees with HR queries and ER cases Inquisitive and data-literate, with the ability to identify process improvements and spot trends Experienced with HRIS systems Flexible and willing to travel Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Personable, adaptable and a strong communicator Whats in it for you: Free onsite parking 30 days holiday + BH Hybrid working Pension Life Assurance Bupa Cash Plan EAP Family Friendly Policies Plus, more!!
