Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a unique and prestigious organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Our client is seeking a confident and hands-on HR professional to support the Senior Management Team by providing expert guidance, coaching, and advice across all areas of HR. Based on the outskirts of Southampton, this role is offered on a part-time basis of 3 days a week with 1 day a week working from home. The salary is Β£55,000 - Β£60,000 FTE (pro rata), depending on experience.

  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leaders on all aspects of ER, performance, and organisational change.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries across the business.
  • Lead on organisational design, change projects, and TUPE activity.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Ensure HR systems and employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports for senior leadership and board level.

Proven experience within an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.

Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing complex HR matters.

Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Hybrid working.
