Would you like to join a fantastic Company, that is a trusted expert in its field? Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be working with our client to gain a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. The business is both growing and a fun environment to work in!
This permanent role reports into a fantastic Talent Acquisition Manager and the salary offered is up to £35k. This is a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days a week at home and 2 days a week in the office which is based in Farnham.
The main purpose of the role is to recruit talented people, aligned with the Company’s values, to the business to support the company growth plans. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy both hands-on recruitment and having a say in strategy, with the chance to step up and support the Talent Acquisition Manager at a senior level.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas
- Proactively sourcing candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, CV Library and Indeed
