Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy People Team. This is a genuinely varied and hands-on role where no two days will be the same. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll provide end-to-end HR support across the Group, balancing day-to-day HR administration with more complex ER, HR projects and systems development.
Based in Segensworth, this is a full-time, office-based position with a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus.
What you'll do:
- Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
- Act as a key point of contact for ER matters, supporting managers with performance, absence and probation processes.
- Provide practical guidance on HR policies, procedures and UK employment legislation.
- Assist with wellbeing, engagement and company initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, records and documentation.
