Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for an Executive Assistant! Our client is a successful and evolving business that plays an important role in supporting the local community. They are now looking to welcome an experienced and proactive EA into their team on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £35,000. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in the office which is based in Fareham.

Reporting into the CFO, this is a high-impact and business critical role, providing a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming organisation where you can make a real difference.

What you'll do as an Executive Assistant:

  • Oversee key strategic initiatives, tracking delivery and managing dependencies
  • Support Board and Executive activity, including preparing high-quality papers, presentations, and briefings
  • Capture key actions and ensure follow-through to completion
  • Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis
