Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a company that truly makes a difference? We are proud to be partnering with a values-led charity to support vulnerable individuals seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to join their team in Havant.

Supporting the Operations Director, the EA will play a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, supporting senior leadership and helping to ensure vital frontline services can operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring effective prioritisation
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas and minute-taking
  • Drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Acting as a key point of contact, handling enquiries with discretion
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings, training, and events
  • Tracking actions and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR and safeguarding standards
  • Producing performance and statistical reports
  • Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes
The Executive Assistant:
  • Experienced in an Executive or Personal Assistant role
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Professional, discreet, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
  • Experience within a charity or not-for-profit environment would be advantageous
