Our client, based in Eastleigh, is committed to making a real difference within the local community. They are seeking a motivated and proactive HR professional to support the wider business by providing high-quality advice, guidance, and coaching across all areas of HR.

This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of £48,000 per annum alongside an excellent benefits package and flexible, hybrid working. You will be working closely with the Head of HR and supporting managers across a wide range of service areas. What you'll do:

  • Provide expert HR advice to managers on a wide range of complex ER matters
