Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced HR Change Consultant to join their HR team on an 18 month fixed-term contract. Based in Eastleigh, paying up to £54,500 along with some excellent company benefits.

You will provide specialist HR and employment law expertise throughout the change journey, taking ownership of complex people-related workstreams and ensuring activity is effectively planned, communicated and legally compliant.

Your responsibilities as a Change Consultant are:

  • Provide specialist employment law advice and guidance, identifying and mitigating people-related risks
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of complex organisational change and transformation programmes
  • Lead on people-related change activity including due diligence, TUPE, consultation, selection processes and workforce integration
  • Manage complex and potentially contentious employee relations matters
  • Lead collective and individual consultation processes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Analyse workforce data and provide meaningful insights to support change decisions
  • Support organisational design activity including job evaluation and role mapping
  • Develop and review HR policies and processes in response to organisational change

The ideal candidate:

  • Significant experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or equivalent level
  • Extensive experience delivering complex organisational change and transformation programmes
  • Strong practical knowledge of TUPE, due diligence, consultation and workforce integration
  • Previous experience working within a unionised environment
  • Confident managing complex, multi-workstream HR projects from planning through to implementation
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and processes
  • Strong HR systems knowledge and excellent IT skills
  • CIPD qualified, ideally Level 7 or extensive transformation experience
