Customer Service Role Overview:

Working for a fantastic business based in Southampton, you will be part of a team of Product Specialists responsible for handling all customer enquiries. You will undergo 2-3 weeks of training to aid you in offering the best service possible. There will be 1 late shift a week, working 1pm - 9pm and 1 in 4 weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with two weekdays off the following week.

What the Customer Service role will involve:

  • Replying to customer enquiries through a range of channels including WhatsApp, Phone, Social Media and Ticketing systems
  • Providing high-quality answers to queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively to uphold and improve Trustpilot ratings
  • Following company procedures when handling returns
