The predicted salary is between 25000 - 26000 Β£ per year.
Working for a fantastic manufacturing business based in Chichester, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team, ensuring that all marketing activities are effectively implemented, maintained and proofed.
Please note, you must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for this role.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the department runs efficiently and is well-organised
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional flyers
- Develop and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) flyers
- Organise and generate content for case studies, including managing photography logistics
- Assist the marketing team with proofing outbound marketing communications
- Coordinate with suppliers on the production of merchandise items for branch displays and manage stock levels
- Handle the stock management and logistics for display and literature items
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product collateral and information
- Ensure sales team requests are managed and responded to in a timely manner
- Welcome and check-in visitors, provide information on facilities, offer refreshments, manage refreshment supplies and book visits and lunches
- Support for events including the provision and logistics of providing marketing material to events such as internal product launches
