Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a respected and well-established organisation in the search for an experienced Staff Engagement, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager to join their HR team for up to 6 months on a fixed-term contract .
Paying circa £ 48,000 FTE , this role can be worked from any of the organisation's locations.
There will be frequent travel as visibility is crucial across all locations, so a driving licence and access to a car are essential .

What you'll do: Lead and deliver employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that support the organisation's People Strategy.
Develop and implement wellbeing programmes and campaigns that promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), driving new initiatives and embedding best practice across the organisation.
Manage and develop a small team, providing coaching and support to achieve key objectives.
Review and enhance employee benefits and reward initiatives to maximise engagement and retention.
Produce reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver engaging campaigns and organisational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience delivering employee engagement, wellbeing or organisational development initiatives.
Strong understanding of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion legislation and best practice.
Experience leading organisational or cultural change projects.
Previous experience managing or supervising a small team.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Experience analysing people data to drive informed decision-making.
