Location: 5 Yeomans Way. Liberty Private Care is looking for two Part Time Care Assistants to join our team to work between 20‑30 hours per week including alternate weekend shifts. Flexible availability and personal vehicle required.

Minimum two years experience in a regulated adult care service (e.g., residential home, hospital or homecare) and NVQ in Health & Social Care would be an advantage. The role involves accessing the community daily 0800‑1300; therefore only staff who drive will be considered.

Hourly rate: £13.50 Monday‑Friday and £14.50 on weekends. Experience in complex care or caring for children/young adults with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, companionship and meals to young female adult clients in the community.
  • Transport clients in adapted mobility vehicles and allow sufficient time between visits.
  • Record observations using RESTORE2 where appropriate.
  • Respond to urgent queries via on‑call service.
  • Participate in regular social events and training.
Requirements
  • At least two years of care experience in a regulated adult care setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent qualification.
  • Completed the Care Certificate within the last three years.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent personal and professional behaviour, self‑awareness and ability to uphold ethics and values.
  • Willingness to learn from others and share knowledge.
Preferred Criteria
  • Experience in complex care or caring for children/young adults with disabilities.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher.
