Liberty Music PR is an independent music PR agency dedicated to helping artists build their presence, get heard and make real impact. We work across music, branding and social content – from campaign strategy and play listing to influencer collaborations and strong visual storytelling.
We’re looking for a versatile designer who can hit the ground running: someone who lives and breathes social media design, graphic content and video creation, and who thrives under deadlines and brand-guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to create eye-catching posts, reels, stories, banner graphics, motion / video content and other marketing visuals in line with artist campaigns.
Key responsibilities:- Design and deliver social media graphics: Instagram posts & stories, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, banners, etc.
- Create short-form video content (motion graphics, edits, stylised clips) tailored for social media platforms.
- Follow brand guidelines (yours + clients’) and maintain visual consistency across campaigns.
- Work to strict deadlines, adapt rapidly to feedback and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with account managers, content creators and artists to understand the brief and deliver on the vision.
- Keep up to date with social trends, formats, and emerging visual styles in the music & entertainment space.
- A designer with strong graphics experience PLUS videography/editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere / Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Experienced in creating social-first visuals and video content that stands out in a crowded feed.
- Comfortable working to brand guidelines and able to adapt style accordingly.
- Excellent time-management: you meet deadlines, handle multiple deliverables and stay organised.
- Creative and flexible: you respond to feedback, pivot quickly when needed and bring fresh ideas.
- Ideally: experience in music, entertainment or agency environment (but not essential if you bring strong design/video skills and enthusiasm).
- Portfolio that shows both strong still graphic work and social video content.
- A dynamic, creative working environment where good ideas matter.
- Opportunity to work on music/artist campaigns and elevate your portfolio.
- Flexible working (remote/office hybrid) – we’re London & Brighton based, but welcome remote applications.
- Competitive compensation aligned with skills and experience.
- Chance to grow with a forward-looking agency passionate about pushing boundaries.
Please send your CV or summary of experience, a link to your portfolio (graphics + video work), and a brief cover note telling us why you’d thrive in this role at Liberty. Applications should be sent to [insert email here] by [insert closing date].
