- Identifying, shaping and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, primarily within existing accounts.
- Supporting public sector tender responses, mini-competitions and framework call-offs, working with internal teams and partner agencies to develop compelling and client-focused proposals.
- Reporting accurately on revenue forecasts, renewal confidence, churn risk and margin performance.
- Ensuring quality and consistency across proposals, QSR decks and reporting outputs.
- Supporting new business opportunities through briefing calls, pitch contribution and opportunity shaping where specialist public sector expertise is required.
- Collaborating closely with the Delivery Team to ensure work meets agreed strategic and commercial standards.
- Supporting strategy evaluation and reporting requirements, demonstrating outcomes against agreed objectives and public sector success measures.

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Confident communicator and presenter with senior stakeholders.
