Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Bath House team on a part-time basis. Liberty’s Bath House is a Pioneer of Luxury, encompassing the latest trends of unique and wonderful products and treatments.
This incredible department offers an indulgent fix of spectacular brands and tailored body care that will satisfy even the biggest skincare and beauty junkies. Home to some of the most innovative and niche brands in the marketplace, our Bath House is like a modern day apothecary!
You will deliver the most exceptional customer service and maximise sales at every opportunity. Working within our enthusiastic and motivated team, you will have the ability to inspire customers, listen to their needs and meet their expectations, striving to create a loyal customer base through your strong selling skills.
What We Would Love to See:
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A high level of customer service.
- Expert knowledge across the portfolio of niche and established skincare, body care and fragrance brands in our Bath House is desirable.
- The ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- A natural collaborative spirit, contributing positively to the team and wider store environment.
- A proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.
- Relevant experience in department-specific sales role.
