Salary: up to £50,000

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to join an industry-leading business?

The main purpose of the role is to manage the full recruitment cycle for a certain area of the business, supporting Managers and working with external partners. You will support this area in 3 locations and therefore travel will be occasionally necessary. This role is business critical owing to the growth plans and recruitment required to achieve them.

What the Talent Acquisition Specialist role will involve:

  • Proactively provide support to Managers regarding the recruitment process.
  • Manage vacancies and candidates through the recruitment system.
  • Promoting the employee referral scheme.
  • Ensuring effective communication with applicants at all times.
  • Ensure feedback to candidates following assessment or interview is provided as required.
  • Facilitate in-house assessment days.
  • Coordination of mass recruitment.
  • Proactively seek to reduce recruitment costs.
  • Maximising direct sourcing opportunities including social media channels.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience working within an Internal Recruitment function or Recruitment Agency.
  • Experience of administering recruitment-related testing.
  • Comfortable communicating via telephone and via email.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at once.
