Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager (ER & Projects) to join their People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining complex ER with hands-on HR projects and organisational change. Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with senior leaders, you ll help shape the wider people agenda while providing trusted advice across a range of business-critical initiatives.
You ll also play an important role in building management capability, improving HR processes and supporting a positive and high-performing culture.
Based in Cosham with travel to other business locations as required, this is a hybrid role working 2 days a week from home and paying GBP50,000 GBP65,000 DOE.
What you ll do:
- Majority of this role will be providing senior HR advice and support on complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, performance, TUPE and organisational change.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver HR projects across areas including engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, organisational development, talent and succession planning.
- Support organisational change and workforce planning, helping leaders navigate change effectively and minimise people risk.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and ER frameworks, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Coach, mentor and develop managers and HR colleagues, strengthening capability and promoting consistent people practices.
- Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, manage risk and recommend improvements to the wider HR service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive generalist HR experience, including strong ER expertise.
- Demonstrable experience delivering HR projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and constructively challenge senior leaders.
- A proactive, autonomous and solutions-focused approach, with excellent resilience and attention to detail.
- The ability to analyse information and translate it into practical recommendations.
- CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential.
