are delighted to partnering with our fantastic client on an exclusive basis in their search looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team, on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Winchester, our client is offering a salary of up to £45k, dependent on experience and there is some fantastic bonuses and benefits on offer – including hybrid working, private medical, competitive pension and 26 days annual leave + BH. Reporting into a fantastic Talent Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the recruitment lifecycle, from start to finish – so you must be happy to be “hands-on”! You will become an integral part of the organisation’s growth plans, adhering to company brand and values at all times. Some of your duties will include: Support and advise managers through the recruitment lifecycle Create and develop job descriptions Build a talent pipeline and keep abreast of the competitor market Plan and host interviews Provide regular recruitment reports Maintain agency PSL relationships You will come with recent demonstratable in-house recruitment experience. It would be advantageous if you have had experience within the Technical/Financial sector. You will be well organised, able to prioritise workloads, have excellent communication skills and a can-do approach. There will be occasional travel required to other sites as required. It is imperative you have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislations, to ensure inclusive and compliant recruitment.
