Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner TUPE Lead to join their People team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced TUPE professional to take ownership of a significant project involving the transfer of approximately 400 employees across multiple entities within a professional services environment. Based in Central London, this role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The salary is circa £85k depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package. What you’ll do: * Take ownership of the next phase of a large-scale TUPE programme. * Manage and coordinate TUPE activity across multiple business entities. * Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure transfers are delivered smoothly and compliantly. * Support the continued standardisation of contracts, terms and HR processes. * Manage consultation, employee communications and associated TUPE documentation. * Identify and manage risks throughout the transfer process. Work closely with HR and wider corporate functions to ensure effective implementation. * Provide expert TUPE advice and guidance throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong, demonstrable TUPE experience and a proven track record of delivering complex transfers. * You will have previous experience as a senior hands-on Business Partner. * Experience managing large-scale employee transfers across multiple entities. * Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and TUPE requirements. * Strong project management and organisational skills. * The confidence to work independently and take ownership from day one. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Financial services/Corporate experience would be highly advantageous. * A pragmatic, proactive approach with the ability to simply get on with the job.
