Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client to recruit an HR Advisor (ER Focused) . This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and they are located in Fareham.Hybrid working is offered once settled into the role.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a pivotal role and make a genuine impact on both the HR team and the wider organisation.
In this role, you ll be the go-to expert for all things ER. You will be supporting managers with complex cases, advising on performance, absence and wellbeing matters, and ensuring fair and legally sound outcomes. You ll also manage and develop members of the HR team, while helping to shape and deliver the organisation s People Strategy.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on complex ER cases and providing expert advice
- Supporting managers in their people management and wellbeing responsibilities
- Managing, coaching and developing HR team members
- Reviewing and enhancing employee benefits and processes
- Building strong relationships across the organisation
We re looking for someone with at least 5 years generalist HR experience, CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with up-to-date knowledge of employment law. You ll be confident, approachable and resilient, able to communicate effectively at all levels and handle sensitive situations with care.

The salary for this role is up to £35,700 per annum along with some great benefits.
