Liberty Recruitment Group is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded local employer who truly values their people, to recruit a Part time HR Advisor, based in Southampton on a fixed-term contract until September 2026. \\n\\nThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, values-driven organisation where people and culture are at the heart of everything they do.\\n\\nAs HR Advisor, you’ll provide hands-on HR support across the business, guiding Line Managers on everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance management, and talent development. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the organisation’s HR strategies, embedding culture and values across all teams.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing:\\n\\nEmployee Relations casework – conduct, capability, grievances, probationary reviews and performance management\\n\\t\\nAdvice and guidance on absence management – long and short-term sickness, flexible working and sabbaticals\\n\\t\\nDeveloping the Wellbeing programme across the business to ensure it remains high on our agenda\\n\\t\\nThe potential to create, develop and maintain HR practices & policies, to support our People strategy may also be required\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for:\\n\\nMinimum 3 years’ generalist HR experience\\n\\t\\nCIPD Level 5 qualified \\n\\t\\nConfident, approachable, and passionate about supporting people and developing talent\\n\\nThis is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in a collaborative environment, with a supportive team and a focus on employee wellbeing.
